    intimate contact "check",
    200 ft of det cord wiped in "check",
    time fuse measured and cut "check",
    10 min stand off verified, M-60 fuze ignitors attached and ready. Command given, fire in the whole, fire in the whole, fire in the whole. Pull pins on ignitors, push in, turn 90 and pull. Verify smoke!!!
    Demolition complete, all rounds complete, old form and technique destroyed, all explosives consumed.

Went into this work out with the bases of reconstructing form and technique, slowing down the repetitions and concentrating on three major points, lumbar curve, strait arms, and keeping lats tight. The later three sets of the emom were a struggle to keep with in the time limit, grip fatigue set in, so the concentration on technique became very time consuming. All in all the repetition was beneficial, but still have work to do.
