1x100ft OH Walking Lunge @ 95#
Bar/kettlebell/bumper plate, whatever
you want to use.
Then:
5x12 Back Squat @ 225#
Rest 2 minutes between sets
Then:
3x15 Deadlift @ 225#
Then:
5x10 Straight Leg Deadlift @ 95#
