The alpha animals are given preference to be the first to eat and the first to mate, among some species the only animals in the pack allowed to mate. Other animals in the community are usually killed or ousted if they violate this rule!!
- Squat: 80-40-20-40-80
- KBS, 2 pood: 40-20-10-20-40
- Pull-up: 20-10-05-10-20
- Five rounds
- 1st round looks like: 80x Squat + 40x KBS + 20x Pull-up
- 2nd round looks like: 40x Squat + 20x KBS + 10x Pull-up
Awesome workout this afternoon. The kbs make the pull ups a little harder. Great combination, squats no question always good no matter what.
