  1. First off, I want to pay my respect to LT Murphy and his family for their service to this great nation.
    This workout is not a work out that can be taken lightly by any means. This will find the chink in anyones armor, and can sneak up on your physical well being if you are not careful. The importance of hydration and the attention you pay to your diet, especially the night prior to this work out is very crucial to your success. I normally walk into a workout with a pretty good idea of how I am going to attack it. A good strategy so to speak. No matter how I attack this or try to strategize this work out it never works. So once again Murph showed me humility. This is a true man maker of a work out. Thank you LT.
