  1. The blood flow to the upper extremities was at a premium on this one, it became very difficult trying to stop the blood from pooling into the lower extremities, add the the heat and humidity to this and a state of consciousness was difficult to maintain to say the least.
    Performed the second half of the WOD in the morning and the Hang Power Cleans in the evening.
