Or just an excuse to be lazy!!!

  1. Try to make each triplet a separate work out. Focus on each exercise being your first, Smash the throttle to the floor and go!!! If you run out of gas start pushing. Time each triplet. and then get an overall time. Good Luck, See you on the other side!!!!

  3. Did well on the Row. The rest not so much. We ended up scaling quite a bit but then that really doesn't mean much based on the level of athlete you are and us the velcro brothers. Great workouts keep it up!
