5 rounds for time:
135#
Shoulder Press, 5 reps
Thrusters, 10 reps
Front Squats, 15 reps


Take as much rest in between rounds as needed:

  1. I told myself and a few others that when I started back up after the holidays that I would do two weeks of nothing but body weight exercises. Well once again pride has gotten the better of me, and my eyes are bigger than my legs, in this case. I will check back to tell you how this one turns out.

  2. Once again this did not turn out the way I had planed. I had to scale my shoulder press and thrusters to 95#, on the other bar with front squats I stayed at 135#. Did not have a problem with the shoulder press and thrusters, but by the time I got to the front squats, I was fighting every component of the movement to get through it. From concentrating on form, to controling when to exhale to get the most out of the next rep I could.
