  1. The idea behind this workout was to get as much volume as I could but to also find that delicate balance between Met-con and strength. This was going very well up to the point 315# came crashing to the ground with myself underneath it. Needed to scale quickly so just took two plates off, 225#. This proved to be a little to easy at 5 Reps. Going into the thrusters I was feeling a little disappointed about having to scale, but after the first thruster that all went away, it was everything I could do to finish the next 10 reps. I think this workout would be very interesting at 135# across the board. If anybody has thoughts or opinions let me know.
