  1. This workout is my biggest nemesis, I have trouble locking out and I hit a wall at 5 of the 15 Thrusters almost every time. I also tried a couple butterfly pull ups at the beginning and it did not workout very well. So here is to Fran, looks easy but destroys me every time.
